Sending Flowers to Schools in Hitachi

When several people are giving the flowers together at Ibaraki Prefectural Taga High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Higashiozawa elementary school, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Hitachi City Nakasato Elementary & Junior High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.

If the service takes place at Kashima Shrine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Okubo Kashima Jinja, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Hitachi

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For a guest at Kuji Sunpia Hitachi, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order for a staff member at Hitachi National Highway Branch Offce, Hitachi River and National Highway Office should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the destination is in Jonancho 2-chome, retain the locality name as part of the full address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Bamiyan, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
