A florist in Kanazawa handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Gankoubashi Bridge are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Meiji Monument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Kanazawa is 12:00, local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. For someone in Wakakusamachi, use that locality name within the delivery address.
When the recipient is at Koike Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Saiseikai Kanazawa Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
A delivery for Kanazawa Gakuin High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Kanazawa Gakuin Jr. High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Ishikawa Prefectural School for the Deaf? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Kanazawa Shinto Shrine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Daijōji Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Koganji Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Dormy Inn Kanazawa, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Use the hospital’s full address for Kanazawa Kobu Memorial Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Check whether Kanazawa City Hall accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
When the destination is in Tatemachi, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at JO-HOUSE needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Check that Hotel Crown Hills Kanazawa can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
If you are sending to a guest of Hyatt Centric Kanazawa, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
