A florist in Kumejima handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Hiyajō.
For a guest at Eef Beach Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Garden Hills, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a delivery to a teacher at Kumejima Town Hiyajyo Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Kumejima Town Misaki Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Kumejima Town Otake Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Chinbe Shrine, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Hotoku Shrine, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Kaneshiro Utaki are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Resort Hotel Kume Island, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
An order for a staff member at Kumejima Town Office Gushikawa Regional Office should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the recipient’s address is in Kitahara, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Hokkaido Izakaya Ramram, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
