Send your flower order for Kusatsu online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For delivery on the same day in Kusatsu, the order needs to be placed before 12:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. An address in Hirai 4-chome should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the recipient is staying at Kusatsu Estopia Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Boston Plaza Kusatsu, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When a funeral service is held at WEC JP Kusatsu, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel 21, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When the destination is in Kitayamadacho, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Saizeriya, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
