Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Miyakonojo online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Same-day orders for Miyakonojo close at 12:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When entering an address in Imamachi, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Terrasta, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Flowers for a service at Shogoji are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to APA Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Address details for Kashinocho should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Coco's, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
