You’ll pick the city and day on the product
For a recipient in Nanao, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Nanao, use the destination’s 12:00 local cutoff. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Where the delivery address includes Nakajimamachi-Nakajima, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Sending to Aenokaze? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Check that Kaibo can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Ohtori Gakuen High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Komaruyama Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Misogi Junior High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Kokenji, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Omiya Jinja, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Shoganji, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Kagaya should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Sending to a patient at Kitamura Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Check whether Nanao City Hall accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at なかじまロマン峠 (Nakajima Roman Touge), say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Maruyama Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
