Flower Delivery in Naraha — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Naraha

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For flowers addressed to a guest at VALUE THE HOTEL Naraha Kido-ekimae, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

How should I include the locality in the address?

When entering an address in Maebara, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Takechan Shokudo, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
