Send your flower order for Ogawara online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 12:00 local time for same-day flowers in Ogawara. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Ogawara Minami Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Ogawara Junior High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Miyagi Prefecture Ogawara Industrial High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Ōtakayama Jinja are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Hanjōin, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Hōsenji, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Green Hotel Ogawara can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at South Miyagi Medical Center, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
An order for a staff member at Ogawara Town Hall should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Koitaro, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
