You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send your flower order for Otawara online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day orders for Otawara close at 12:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the destination is in Hayakawacho, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Nishinasuno Chosha with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Where the delivery address includes Higashikoya, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A delivery timed for a meal at Saizeriya needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
