Same Day Delivery
A florist in Utsunomiya handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Ooya-heiwa Kannon in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Order before 12:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Utsunomiya. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For a recipient whose address is in Chuo 2-chome, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Check with the ward at Fujii Neurosurgical Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. For a patient at Kuramochi Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Check that Hotel Sunroute Utsunomiya can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Sending to Richmond Hotel Utsunomiya Ekimae Annex? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
If the service takes place at Mt. Haguro Shrine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Richmond Hotel Utsunomiya Ekimae, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When the recipient is at Utsunomiya Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Before placing a workplace order for Utsunomiya City hall, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Where the delivery address includes Chuo 3-chome, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Marugen Ramen, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
