Flower Delivery in Sabae

Send your flower order for Sabae online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. レッサーパンダ(red panda) is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Flower Delivery in Sabae — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Sabae

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Sabae Dai-Ichi Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order addressed to Sabae City Hall should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.

How should I include the locality in the address?

An address in Hinodecho should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Yayoiken, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
