You’ll pick the city and day on the product
A florist in Shiogama handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Shiogama Great East Japan Eartquake Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Shiogama, use the destination’s 12:00 local cutoff. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Where the delivery address includes Ishida, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A flower order for a recipient at Shiogama City Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
For a delivery to a teacher at Tamagawa Junior High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Tsukimigaoka Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for City Shiogama Daiichi Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Okama Shrine, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Catholic Shiogama Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Ganjoji are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Business Hotel Shinhama can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Before sending to Midorigaoka Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
An order addressed to Shiogama City Office should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
When the destination is in Urato-Ishihama, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Sanuki Udon, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Grand Palace Shiogama, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
