You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Togane. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When the destination is in Kiminomori, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Check with Togane Hills before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Sending to UE GARDEN RESORT? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
If the service takes place at Honshyoji temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Royal Inn, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Fukushima.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Big Boy, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
