A florist in Yokoshibahikari handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For someone in Minamikawagishi, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a delivery to a teacher at Hikari Junior High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Yokoshiba Keiai High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Shirahama Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Kōsai-ji, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Awashima Shrine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Hokoin Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Shiraiso before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a patient at Toyo Municipal Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Address flowers for someone at Health Promotion Center Pram with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the destination is in Miyagawa, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a table booked at Gusto, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
