A flower order for Tsumagoi can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When entering an address in Ashiuda, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Tsumagoi Junior High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Kambara Kannon-do, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Yamaga Shrine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Yamaga Shrine Okumiya, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Manza Kogen Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Address flowers for someone at Tsumagoi Village office with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For someone in Fukurogura, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Alyeska, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
