You can send flowers to someone in Saku even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Saku is 12:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Hiratsuka.
If you are sending to a guest of Sakudaira Plaza 21, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check with Toyoko Inn before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a service at Shinkaisansha Shrine, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Saku Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a patient at Saku Central Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
For an address in Iwamuradakita 1-chome, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Saizeriya, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
