Flower Delivery in Kiso

You do not need to be in Kiso to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The order must be placed before 12:00 local time for same-day flowers in Kiso. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. An address in Fukushima should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.

Check with Onyado Tsutaya before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Kiso

For a service at Chofukuji, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Daitsuji Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Kozenji, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.

Flower Delivery in Kiso — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Kiso

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Check that Kisokomakogen Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes Hiyoshi, retain the locality when filling in the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Cafe KaZe, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
