What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

When addressing flowers to a guest at Super Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For an address in Iinocho-Nishibun, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Yakiniku King, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
