Send flowers to someone in Yufu without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. For someone in Hasamamachi-Honoki, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A flower order for someone staying at Musouen should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Toyonokuni Lodge, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Flowers for a service at Shinto shrine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that kaede no shoja can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a recipient whose address is in Hasamamachi-Kitagata, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A delivery timed for a meal at Yufuin Sanshouro needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
