You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For someone in Al-Jabal Al-Abyad, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If the recipient is staying at Jawabreh Hotel & Suites, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Azraq Rest House, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before sending flowers to Al-Batrawi Kindergartens and Schools, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at American Academy Jordan, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Al-Huda Wal Noor Private School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Dhul-Nurayn Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Hamza bin Abdul Muttalib Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with RSCN Azraq Lodge before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Address flowers for someone at Family Protection Office with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the destination is in Hay Al-Nozha, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Capitano Kitchen needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
