For a recipient in Marj al-Ḥamam, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Marj Al-hamam.
When addressing flowers to a guest at White Rose Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Al Madar International School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Al Eshraq School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Al Mehwar International Schools مدارس المحور? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Al Hadi Mosque مسجد الهادي, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Al Iman Mosque مسجد الايمان, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Alsalheen Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Ten Hills, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Greenland Compound, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For a recipient whose address is in Al Bunayyat, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Chili house, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
