Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Check with GMT Guest House before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Before ordering for a guest at Hôtel Silantoi, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For a guest at Saboti, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. GMT Guest House has a listed address of Kamandura-Maai Mahiu-Narok Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Rift Valley Academy, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Cafe of Creation Kenya, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at AIC Church Kijabe are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at AIC Kairia Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Anglican Church Matathia, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at AIC Kijabe Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
If the destination is in Kijabe Girls, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a table booked at Cafe Ubuntu, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
