WWII Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Same-day orders for Balykcy close at 15:00 local time.
A flower order for someone staying at Issyk-kol Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For a guest at Lake hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Жумгалбека Аманбаева улица 208 is the listed address of Issyk-kol Hotel; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Ksenii Piterburgskoy, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Shafran, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
