You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Local landmarks such as Monument to V.I. Lenin are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Monument to those killed in the Great Patriotic War is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. When the destination is in Polmon, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Check with Altyn Ordo before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. When addressing flowers to a guest at Asia Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Aurum Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
