Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Thakhèk. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in Thakhèk? The ordering deadline is 14:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
For flowers addressed to a guest at phone thep hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If you are sending to a guest of Mindy-J, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at Chomcheng Secondary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for College Nabo is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Lao-Japanese-Friendship School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Pha That Sikhottabong are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Saint Louis Cathedral, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Xoksaysub Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
For a patient at Bantan Health Center (Lao-ngam), ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Before placing a workplace order for Khammouane Governor's Meeting Hall, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Vegetarian House Cafe, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Khammouan Provincial Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
