Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Vangviang, use the destination’s 14:00 local cutoff. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Before ordering for a guest at Vang Vieng Camellia, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Check with Diamond Resort before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a delivery to a teacher at Ecole Elementaire de Vangvieng, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Nathong Elementary, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Technical college of Vientiane Province Vangvieng Campus? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Kang Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at That Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Wat Ketkeo, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Amari Vang Vieng, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Sending to a patient at Thang Long International General Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
For someone working at Finance Office of Vangvieng District, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Lao Valhalla, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
Use the hospital’s full address for Vangviang Community Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
