For a recipient in Xam Nua, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Shrine are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Xam Nua, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
Before sending to Houaphan Provincial Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
If you are sending to a guest of Phonechalern Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Xamnuea Plaza Hotel (under construction), supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Chittavanh Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Houaphan Provincial Hospital (Dispensary), using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
When ordering for a recipient at Dept of Energy & Mines, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
A delivery timed for a meal at Dokkham Noodle Soup needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
