Local landmarks such as German Cemetery Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at Valkas VPVKAC, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
