A florist in Baalbek handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Stone of the Pregnant Woman in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Second Monolith are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in El Sharawneh.
For a patient at Mortada Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Sending to a patient at Tatari Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Ash-Shams, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Shouman, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Flowers for a service at Al Nahr Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Imam Ouzai Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Masjid As-Sayyida Khawla, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Palmyra Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Baalbeck Governmental Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Address flowers for someone at Municipality of Baalbak with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at COMIDA LOCAL EN BAALBEK needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
