For a recipient in Leithum, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Lancaster memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Europa Monument in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Leithum close at 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
For a guest at Hôtel Keup, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Cycle 4, Crèche et Maison Relais, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Immaculée-Conception, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at La chapelle d'Ouren, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
