Fresh blooms delivered to over 120+ countries.
Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in North Macedonia without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For same-day flower delivery in North Macedonia, place your order before 14:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Old Bazaar.
For a recipient at Specialized hospital for lung diseases and tuberculosis, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at REMS Blazhe Koneski, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Dobre Jovanoski EMS? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Gjorgji Delchev-Goce AEMS is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at St. Archangel Michael (Glavatov), confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel & Spa Tino Sveti Stefan, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for People's hero Borka Taleski-Crniot GCH, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Check whether Primary Court Kochani accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Where the delivery address includes Varosh, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If flowers are going to British Military Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at LaPizza, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and wine, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Scardus, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
