Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Ambohimahasoa is 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When entering an address in Ambodivolo, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Sending flowers to someone at CEG Ambohimahasoa? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for EPP Ambohimanatrika is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at EPP Ankiboka, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at FJKM Jerosalema Vaovao, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Imanasoa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Nirina Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
A flower order for a recipient at Centre Hospitalier de District Ankiboka needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
For someone working at Bureau District d'Ambohimahasoa, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Andondona.
A delivery timed for a meal at Faldor needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
