The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Antsirabe II is 14:00. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the recipient’s address is in Ambilombe, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Flowers for a service at EKAR Ambohimirary are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at FLM Antanambao, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Fiangonana Loterana Malagasy Ambohitrandriana, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Ankaratra Hôtel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Check with the ward at Centre Hospitalier de Référence de District Andranomanelatra before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Check whether Commune Rurale Ambohibary accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
An address in Ambositrakely should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Hotely Mirana, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
