Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Ikongo

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For flowers addressed to a guest at Faneva Hotel Ikongo, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Centre Hospitalier de District Niveau II Ikongo, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Address flowers for someone at Centre Fiscal Ikongo with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For a recipient whose address is in Mangarivotra, keep that place name in the address you enter.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
