A florist in Anak Bukit handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Replica of the Kacapuri is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Tugu Pahlawan in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When the destination is in Taman Nabira Jaya, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Check with Raia Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Green Town Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at Sekolah Kebangsaan Seri Perdana? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama Kedah, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Mergong is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Masjid Hutan Kampung, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Masjid Rafeah Taman Uda, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Masjid Tuan Hussin, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Seri Malaysia should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Hospital Alor Setar, and address the order to the hospital itself.
An order addressed to Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia Negeri Kedah Darul Aman should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pizza Hut, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
