The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. When the destination is in Anak Bukit, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering for a guest at The Jerai Alor Setar, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Seri Malaysia, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Raia Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The location listed for The Jerai Alor Setar is Jalan Sultan Badlishah 134;141; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Sekolah Kebangsaan Jalan Datuk Kumbar, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Alor Janggus, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Sekolah Kebangsaan Darul Hikmah, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Masjid Nagore Alor Setar, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Masjid Zahir, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Nikrodharam Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to Hospital Alor Setar, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Jabatan Perkhidmatan Veterinar Negeri Kedah, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Where the delivery address includes Mergong, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A delivery timed for a meal at Anggerik Seafood Garden needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
For a recipient at Putra Medical Centre, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Aurelius Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
