You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Balik Pulau. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Agensi Antidadah Kebangsaan Daerah Barat Daya with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Chuan Heong Cafe, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
