Flower Delivery in Bayan Lepas — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Bayan Lepas

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order addressed to Jabatan Perikanan Malaysia should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For someone in Bayan Baru, use that locality name within the delivery address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at Plant A Seed, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a school?

A delivery for SJK(C) Wen Khai is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
