Flower Delivery in Perai — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Perai

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

A flower order for a recipient at Sunway Medical Centre Penang needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at Industrial Court of Malaysia, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes Bagan Jermal, retain the locality when filling in the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Pizza Hut, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
