Same-day orders for Bukit beruntung close at 15:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Where the delivery address includes Bandar Bukit Sentosa Fasa 1, retain the locality when filling in the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at SJK (C) Bukit Tangga, Bukit Beruntung, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to SJK (T) Ladang Sungai Choh, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Masjid As-Salam, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Masjid Saidina Ali, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Surau Abu Otman Ali Bashah, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hotel 77? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Address details for Bandar Bukit Sentosa Fasa 2 should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A tribute addressed to Rawang Memorial Park should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at Ali Nas, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
