Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Batu Hampar is 15:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Kampung Batu Hampar Kanan.
For a delivery to a teacher at Maktab Rendah Sains MARA Pendang, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Pendang, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Sekolah Menengah Sains Pendang? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Masjid Ar-Rahman are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Masjid Attaawun, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Masjid Jame' Ar-Rahman, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for D Jiwa Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a patient at Pendang Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Address flowers for someone at Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara Daerah Pendang with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Kampung Batu Hampar Kiri, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizza Hut, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
