Flower Delivery in Bau — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Bau

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For flowers addressed to a guest at Tian Xia Homestay, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Ask about personal flower deliveries at Bau District Council, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Gerai Bakso needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
