You do not need to be in Le Lorrain to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Collège Hubert Nero, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Lycée polyvalent Joseph Pernock? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Église Sainte-Hyacinthe are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Église Adventiste du Septième Jour, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Centre Hospitalier Intercommunal, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
An order for a staff member at Mairie du Lorrain should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Before sending a tribute to Cimetière du Lorrain, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Kebab, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
