Local landmarks such as Coffre à Mort ou Tombeau des Caraïbes are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

A delivery for Lycée Polyvalent Victor Anicet - Lycée des Métiers des Arts Appliqués, du Design et de la Communication Multimédia is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Lycée polyvalent Victor Anicet, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at École maternelle de Saint-Pierre? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to The Kapokier? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Hôpital de Saint-Pierre, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
An order addressed to Mairie de Saint-Pierre should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Le Moulin à Cannes, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
