Check that Pierre et Vacances Saint-Luce can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Check with Karibéa before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A flower order for someone staying at TI PARADIS should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. When arranging flowers for Pierre et Vacances Saint-Luce, note its listed address, Pointe Philippeau Lieu-dit "Pavillon"; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Collège Adventiste Rama, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Collège de Sainte-Luce, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Les Chérubins du Sud is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Église Sainte-Lucie, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at Dispensaire needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Mairie de Sainte-Luce, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
An address in Béola should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Case Coco, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
