Same-day orders for Chalchicomula de Sesma close at 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at COBAEP P-22, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escuela Primaria Carlos B. Zetina, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Primaria Luz Esparza? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Cosamaloapan, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at El Santuario, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Parroquia de San Andrés, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Hotel Montecarlo can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
When ordering for a recipient at Centro Integral de Servicios Chalchicomula de Sesa, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
