For a recipient in Colonia las Flores, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Sending to a patient at IMSS Naranjos calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. Use the hospital’s full address for Clínica Hospital Naranjos, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Cetis 133, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Escuela Primaria Articulo 123 Ingeniero Antonio Manuel is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Preparatoria "18 de Marzo", name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Iglesia Adventista Del Septimo Dia, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Iglesia Bautista Maranatha are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Iglesia Martires Mexicanos, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Nacional before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Cruz Roja - Naranjos, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Check whether Estatal de Caminos accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For a table booked at Cinthya, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
If the recipient is staying at San Angel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
