Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Calle Miguel Hidalgo in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Cervantes Saavedra is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Before ordering for a guest at Saint Cecilia Castle, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

When the recipient is at Farmacia ISSEG, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

If the recipient works at Auditoría Superior del Estado de Guanajuato, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For an address in Cupulas Del Mineral, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at Applebee's, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.

What should I check before sending flowers for a service at a church?

If the service takes place at Templo de la Compañía de Jesus, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
