You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Mundo Nuevo. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Address details for Calzadas should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Centro de Rehabilitación Integral Nanchital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Centro de Estudios Tecnológicos del Mar No.15, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Primaria Artículo 123 Pdte. Benito Juárez, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escuela Primaria Miguel Hidalgo, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Iglesia Catòlica, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the recipient is at UMF 66 (IMSS), the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
An order addressed to Aduana should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Where the delivery address includes Coatzacoalcos, retain the locality when filling in the order.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
