The same-day ordering cutoff in Tizayuca is 14:00, local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the recipient’s address is in Casas Quma Tizayuca, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before sending flowers to Escuela Primaria Matutina General Felipe Angeles y Vespertina Vanguardia Revolucionaria., name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Capilla de Guadalupe, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at EL VERBO DE DIOS are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Parroquia del Divino Salvador, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Casa de Cultura, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Where the delivery address includes El Cid, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Roma Mia, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
